›› Do you require a minimum order on your products and what are they?
We stock our case every morning with freshly-baked cupcakes. We offer 10-12 flavors daily plus Whoopie Pies and other delectable goodies. (see our daily menu list to see what we’ve baked up for you today. If you fancy more than 2 dozen, we ask that you call ahead (24 hours, preferred) and give us a heads up to let us know you’ll be dropping by. Everyone will then get the cupcakes they crave, if we’re not sold out by noon!
›› How many days in advance do you need from me to place a special order?
We know life can become hectic, but we do ask for an advance notice of at least one week for quantities of 50 or more. However, if time is of the essence, we will do our best to work with you to fulfill your cupcake needs. Please feel free to make an appointment to come in for a cupcake consultation.
›› Do you do any special orders for big events?
Absolutely! We would love to have the opportunity to provide the ultimate cupcake bliss for your wedding, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, etc. Heck, any day is a good day for cupcakes!
›› Do you rent your facility after normal business hours, and how many people will it hold?
Not at this time, however, we do plan on doing so in the near future. We can at least tell you that maximum capacity for an event is approximately 20 people.
›› Do you customize the cupcakes?
We most certainly can customize your cupcakes! You are more than welcome to drop in for a cupcake consult. Please keep in mind we are very busy bees here at the bakeshop and are able to meet with you if time allows. To ensure our undivided attention, please schedule a cupcake consultation so you can have our cupcake designers all to yourself. Please feel free to bring pictures, color schemes, themes, etc. along with you so our designers know exactly what you are looking for and can work with you to make your order phenomenal.
›› How do I store leftover cupcakes?
Our cupcake delights are best when enjoyed at room temperature. Since our cupcakes are baked fresh daily with no preservatives, we encourage you to enjoy them at their freshest, on the day of purchase. If you cannot enjoy on the day of purchase, we ask that you store your cupcakes in an airtight container. Buttercream frosted cupcakes should be left at room temperature, while cream cheese frosted should be refrigerated (also in an airtight container). Allow any refrigerated cupcakes to come to room temperature for thirty minutes before eating.

Wanna brighten someone’s day with a little “Sugar, Sprinkles, Love”? Come on down and pick up a gift certificate to put a smile on a loved one’s face.
›› Can we do a cupcake tasting before placing a sizeable order?
We highly recommmend you do this before placing any large order to be confident with your selections for the crowd you will no doubt want to impress. We are here to help you with that decision making process. The fee is $25, non-refundable that will be applied to your event order. Tastings include up to 5 flavors, and $5 for each additional flavor. We do limit the tasting to 3 people.
